Hi, I’m reaching out to see whether you might be able to help repair an antique dining chair we recently purchased. Unfortunately, part of the wooden back support has snapped. From looking at the damage, it seems the chair may have been previously repaired, as there’s some old adhesive or filler visible around the break. There’s also a small gap where the two sections no longer fit together perfectly. I’ve attached a few photos so you can see the damage. We’re primarily looking for a structurally sound repair so the chair can be safely used again. We’re not particularly concerned about making the repair completely invisible or undertaking any cosmetic restoration. As we purchased the set quite inexpensively, we’re hoping to find a reasonably affordable solution. Would you be able to let me know whether this is something you could help with, and roughly what you would charge? Thank you! Amanda
