A newly published book, "Dorset Buttons hand staitched in Dorset for over 300 years" written by Thelma Johns, the proprietor of the Old Button Shop is avaialable If you would like to learn how to make these beautiful hand stitched buttons there are comprehensive illustrated instructions in the book and in a kit with the materials to make the Blandford Cartwheel buttons. Antique Dorset Buttons and other buttons are also available.
